The girl didn’t speak until she was 3-years-old and by age 7 she has become a talented singer with an incredible voice. She gave a brilliant rendition of the National Anthem during the playoffs between Orlando Magic and Boston Celtics.
Orlando Magic is having the finest season and is just one win away from the NBA Finals. It doesn’t need any more inspiration but Gina Marie Incandela, 7, seems to inspire the Magic team with her beautiful voice.
Gina Marie Incandela as a toddler was diagnosed with autism. She had a speech disorder and was unable to speak until she was 3-years-old. But now she has become an amazing singer.
Incandela sings the National Anthem at various sports arenas and concerts across the country. save
Incandela’s parents sent her to a school with special needs and the teachers trained her to speak using music therapy. She heard country singer Leanne Rimes sing “The Star Spangled Banner”, since then Incandela loves to sing the anthem.
Another interesting statistic, whenever she sings for Orlando Magic, the team wins and has a winning record in the post season (4-0).
In the video she sings before the Game 4 between Orlando Magic and Boston Celtics. Orlando won the game 116-114 in overtime.
Incandela told Shannon Owens of the Orlando Sentinel:
"It just makes peoples' heart feel good and they like it when I sing...And it makes the Magic win every single time."
It is an awesome performance even if you are not an U.S. citizen.
